They are with you when you sleep and are filled with soft cotton making them have a must-have for any kid who’s having trouble sleeping. These cuddly creatures also have an history inside them. It time to look inside!
The creators of these furry, cotton-filled bears were Richard Steiff and Morris Michtom and they were from different countries. Morris was from the US and Richard was from Germany.
After the invention it started selling a lot faster than they thought and a replica first teddy bear that they ever made is now displayed at the Steiff museum. There have also been collectors of these furry friends. To them the older the teddy bears are the more rare they are.
The funny thing about teddy bears is that they named it after the president Theodore ‘Teddy’ Roosevelt. Yes, that was his name. Anyways the teddy bear is now still a best-seller and they are the things kids will sleep with until they are older.
Now spread your information around and have fun reading my blogs.
Here is a story about a little teddy bear who wanted to be owned:
One sunny day, a little bear was not in a good mood. Once again, he had to leave his owner since he was too old to have a little teddy bear and what I mean by once again is that happened normally and it’s okay but it’s always a hard hit in the heart to say good bye but he had to. But when it was time he mourned sadly “Bye.” while waving slowly. Having a low sigh he was put in a rough box stuffed with other friendly toys but looking very depressed that day. But they all decided to brush it off themselves and they knew they would have an owner.
Then they reached a carnival that was going to open next morning and it was a bright starry night when they were put in a stall where you have to hit the target with a fake gun to win a prize in a limited amount of time and the teddy bear was the top prize. Then when all of the toys were asleep and he was going to go to sleep he suddenly saw a bright, wishing star and he whispered to himself. “O wishing star, please make me be owned by somebody next morning.” Then all of the toys woke up to a loud sound of people cheering and screaming happily outside of the stall.
The carnival just started and all of the rides and stalls were opening, including the teddy bear’s stall. Right off the bat, lots of people came to his stall aiming to get a prize but everybody was so close to getting the teddy bear but then a little boy came saw the teddy bear and literally got him as fast he can. Yes, he got the top prize. He went to bumper cars, roller coasters and lots of things with the teddy bear and the teddy bear left happy.
